The Pergamon Museum in Berlin to be closed for 14 years for renovations

The Pergamon Museum will undergo a 1.2 billion euro renovation starting this October.

Parts of the north wing, which houses the museum’s Pergamon Altar, are expected to be open for visitors by 2027, while the rest of the museum will remain closed.
