Crownsville resident Sandra Johnson was one of the special people, entering the World Marathon Challenge and successfully completing seven races in seven consecutive days on seven continents. She competed in Novo, Antarctica; Cape Town, South Africa; Perth, Australia; Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Madrid, Spain; Fortaleza, Brazil; and Miami, Florida.
